What is Wegner's granulomatosis with mononeuritis and it's pt. care? - granulomatosis

I am a student nurse in an LPN program have Clinicals tomorrow and need help with this diagnosis. PT. The science is the Christian religion so that drugs are not an option. She also has hypertension and carotid stenosis 66yo. Currently you have numbness and tingling in the 1st, 2nd and 3 Fingers connected w / weakness. Help me please!
