The center of Brussels (the medieval part of town)
Hotel Ibis Sainte Catherine, less than 10 minutes from the main square of the medieval Grand Place, the nightlife, restaurants, monuments and historical sites from the central station.
The rooms are not big, but clean and functional. The hotel is ideally situated for tourist purposes.

Raised in the city of Brussels (poshier part of the city)
Sheraton 4 Points (this version less aa poshy Groups Sheraton and also cheaper). It is to go near the Avenue Louise and the Châtelain district, which is a very poshy, lively area with many foreigners there.

Brussels is a very small town, you can from the middle of uptown on foot in no time.

Tip: Remember that the hotel prices are negotiable, but may also be a bit harder during the peak season.
