Landlord Termination Is The Landlord Obliged To Pay Interest On Lease Amount, Until He Pays Back After Termination Of Agreement?

Is the landlord obliged to pay interest on lease amount, until he pays back after termination of agreement? - landlord termination

I went into a residential tenancy agreement for 2 years, but left empty after 1 year. I got stopped 2 months prior to the notice by agreement. She has not returned for over 4 months and the owner, the full amount.

Can I claim the interest of the owner if the contract he said he did not know to pay interest if payment is delayed?

If you doubt that the landlord pay interest on the amount of rent is, until he returns.

Although the agreement he said he did not know to pay interest if payment is delayed, meaning it can last forever. a reasonable period of 1 month may be approved without interest. 4 months, after it has ended in the payment of interest.

Edit:

I, the previous question and noted that the key is not. As might be expected to pay interest?

my answer online before processing is valid only had keys 4 months ago. If you use the key, which would remain in power and who is not the interest.

If you gave him 2 months before his right to have your security deposit plus interest. Then, lower costs or claims of ownership. have a detailed list of fees charged for receiving. The owners must ensure your interest earned on an account. The proportion of these accounts is very small, not worth fighting. However, the landlord must return the security deposit within 30 days. He can not remember the purpose

Deposit for the amount of rent not.
If you have requested a refund check, while he gave his property.
How, then accept the terms of the agreement?

You can ask what you want ... this does not mean that the owner is obligated to pay.
